A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an experienced F&B Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase traffic, and drive revenue. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in public relations and digital marketing within the food and beverage sector.
Together with the Global Marketing & Operations, Executive Chefs, Restaurant General Managers, Director of Marketing, the F&B Marketing Manager will play an integral role in the conceptualization and execution of the F&B Annual Strategic Marketing Plan, comprising public relations, social media, and marketing communications that support the business objectives.
Through strategic thinking and execution, the F&B Marketing Manager will enhance awareness and visibility of the outlets, their food and beverage offerings, and the team, contributing to increased traffic and revenue.
Manage the implementation of each outlet's F&B action plan, co-develop and execute business goals, and preserve brand and concept integrity across all marketing efforts.
Ensure alignment with positioning and business objectives, using creative storytelling to position the outlets as progressive F&B destinations.
In partnership with the Global Brand Team & Director of Marketing, coordinate and oversee F&B related photo and video shoots to ensure visual assets align with brand standards.
Propose and implement innovative tactical and seasonal campaigns to boost awareness of F&B offerings and culinary teams.
Oversee digital platforms from planning to implementation, including reservation systems and third-party channels/websites.
Monitor and evaluate social media channels in collaboration with the Global Team, Director of Marketing, and Content Creators.
Coordinate promotional menus with Executive Chefs and Restaurant General Managers, as well as beverage menus with Beverage Managers and suppliers.
Project manage seasonal collateral, including cost negotiations, production timelines, and editing processes, ensuring final approval before distribution.
Identify opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships at each venue.
Ensure effective communication within the location team by sharing the brand vision, marketing strategies, upcoming activations, and events with all internal stakeholders.
