Job description

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager to lead and execute 360-degree marketing initiatives for a well-established company in Dubai. The ideal candidate brings a strong marketing background from architecture, engineering, construction, or a related industry, and is comfortable handling everything from strategy to execution.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone currently operating at a Senior Marketing Manager level, but not overly focused on titles. You’ll be expected to build brand visibility, support business development, and drive integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies
  • Lead digital marketing, branding, PR, events, and content initiatives
  • Creates pitch strategy/budget with BD champions including research, network mapping, tasks/milestones, reviews, etc.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns
  • Oversee social media, website, and paid media activity
  • Support business development with pitch decks and client-facing collateral
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/agencies
  • Manage junior team members and freelancers as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ marketing experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, construction, real estate/property development, or similar industries
  • Proven experience of leading and managing bids and proposals
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
  • Regional Experience and currently working with a relevant industry business in Dubai

Salary circa AED 40 - 45,000
