Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
  • Proven track record in advertising, social media, events, and influencer marketing.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the UAE marketing plan across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and influencer channels.
  • Build relationships with local organizers, communities, and underground influencers.
  • Manage local agency partners and the UAE marketing budget.

Our client, a Global Brand into Food & Beverage industry is looking to hire a passionate Marketer having experience with beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.

Its an excellent role for someone who wants to be a part of new brand story and gets exposure to global marketing initiatives.

We are open for candidates from different categories Confectionary, Luxury items, beverage, fashion, - currently working inhouse or with agencies.

Budget: AED 20K + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Lead Local Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute the UAE marketing plan across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and influencer channels.
  • Act as Company’s ambassador to ensure presence in the right places and conversations.

Cultural Integration & Scene Ownership

  • Immerse Company’s product into key subcultures: sports, music, gaming, drift, street culture.
  • Build relationships with local organizers, communities, and underground influencers.

Influencer & Opinion Leader Management

  • Activate a diverse influencer network (creators, artists, athletes) aligned with Brand’s bold identity.
  • Oversee content campaigns that drive brand relevance and engagement.
  • Partnerships, Events, Sampling & Grassroots Activations
  • Develop brand partnerships and drive high-impact activations.
  • Oversee sampling team/agency and innovate new brand engagement formats.

Agency, Budget & Partner Management

  • Manage local agency partners and the UAE marketing budget.
  • Track ROI and KPIs across all initiatives.
  • Sales & Retail Marketing Integration
  • Partner with Sales on joint retail activations and field initiatives.

Market Insight & Local Trends

  • Stay ahead of market and cultural trends to keep “Company Brand” fresh and relevant.

What Success Looks Like:

  • “BRAND’s product” becomes a loved and talked-about brand in UAE youth scenes.
  • Strong influencer network and impactful local activations.
  • Clear alignment between marketing and sales.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands.
  • Proven track record in advertising, social media, events, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong connections and cultural understanding of UAE's entertainment and sport scenes.
  • Naturally well-networked among creators and opinion leaders.
  • Proactive, strategic, and hands-on with project and budget management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Note: Candidates only from beverage, lifestyle, or youth culture brands will be accepted.

Beverage experience would be a preference.
