This role is open to international candidates wishing to relocate.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.

Using traditional and innovative marketing techniques, you will be the marketing lead supporting the drive to attract new business while nurturing current business.

The successful applicant must have extensive experience and knowledge across all marketing channels, including social media and digital marketing.

Market research and analytics must ensure that engaging content evolves annually in line with our anticipated growth.

You will lead a team of marketers to deliver complex marketing initiatives across multiple verticals for each client.

Accountabilities:

  1. Work with the team to develop a cyclical data-build strategy and maximise budget availability for data acquisition.
  2. Implement KPIs, manage performance reviews, and direct team members on execution, delivery, and training for professional and personal development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  3. Create engaging marketing assets that influence conversion rates.
  4. Use analytics to evolve website design and user journey, increasing conversions and linking to marketing activities.
  5. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimise multi-faceted digital campaigns for each audience group.
  6. Develop and maintain media partnership agreements to support campaign plans.
  7. Manage all components required for successful delivery, ensuring technology is fit for purpose and integrated with marketing automation and lead scoring plans.
  8. Champion interactions to increase reach and attract new business annually.

Minimum Experience:

  1. At least 5+ years of mid-level management experience.
  2. Strategy creation and critical path analysis.
  3. Experience with databases and targeted direct marketing campaigns.
  4. People management skills.
  5. Website management and user experience expertise.
  6. Excellent writing, proofreading, and messaging skills.
  7. Extensive data analysis from multiple sources.
  8. Budget management experience.
  9. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  10. Experience managing social media channels, content creation, sponsored posts, and analytics.
  11. Strong leadership skills.
  12. Ability to work under pressure, be adaptable and resilient.
  13. Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently.
  14. Good time management skills.
  15. Trustworthy, professional, and reliable.
  16. Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
