Our Client in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital performance campaigns (paid social, search, email marketing) with clear ROI targets
- Manage and mentor a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee the PR agency ensuring our brand stays relevant, visible, and on message
- Organise and host showroom-based events and dinners with architects, designers, and construction firms
- Attend 2 x per week BD meetings with external partners to build relationships and generate business
- Continuously track and optimise KPIs across all digital marketing activities
- Collaborate with the founder on creative growth strategies and quarterly plans
- Drive lead generation and brand awareness in a rapidly growing, highly competitive market
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven regional marketing experience, ideally in Dubai or wider GCC
- Hybrid marketer: strategic and hands-on
- Experience with event marketing, ideally in B2B or luxury/creative sectors
- Performance marketing experience with a focus on revenue growth
- Confident in managing external partners (like PR agencies) and leading internal teams
- Commercial acumen with a sharp eye on ROI, brand quality, and market positioning
- Strong communicator comfortable hosting clients and representing the brand externally
- Good English communication skills
- Sector background in interiors, design, or luxury is a bonus but not essential
