Job description

Our Client in Dubai is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital performance campaigns (paid social, search, email marketing) with clear ROI targets
  • Manage and mentor a Content Creator and Social Media Manager to ensure brand consistency
  • Oversee the PR agency ensuring our brand stays relevant, visible, and on message
  • Organise and host showroom-based events and dinners with architects, designers, and construction firms
  • Attend 2 x per week BD meetings with external partners to build relationships and generate business
  • Continuously track and optimise KPIs across all digital marketing activities
  • Collaborate with the founder on creative growth strategies and quarterly plans
  • Drive lead generation and brand awareness in a rapidly growing, highly competitive market

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven regional marketing experience, ideally in Dubai or wider GCC
  • Hybrid marketer: strategic and hands-on
  • Experience with event marketing, ideally in B2B or luxury/creative sectors
  • Performance marketing experience with a focus on revenue growth
  • Confident in managing external partners (like PR agencies) and leading internal teams
  • Commercial acumen with a sharp eye on ROI, brand quality, and market positioning
  • Strong communicator comfortable hosting clients and representing the brand externally
  • Good English communication skills
  • Sector background in interiors, design, or luxury is a bonus but not essential
