About the role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing & executing strategic marketing plans that align with marketing & business objectives in order to attract new customers and retain existing ones. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are coordinated and optimized for maximum impact. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of 360° marketing campaigns, from brief creation to rollout across digital, social, and offline channels
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, product, campaigns, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
- Manage and update the campaign calendar across channels, including social media, CRM, in-app, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion, ROI), and compile regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with the CRM team on campaigns, initiatives, and A/B testing
- Support in managing relationships with external partners and agencies
- Managing and reporting on marketing budgets and ensuring that all marketing efforts are delivered on time and within budget
- Supporting the Marketing Director with proper analysis of marketing activities & goals, staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, & user behavior
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, budget tracking, and project management
- Lead and support a team of marketing professionals, coordinating campaigns, marketing activities and ensuring alignment with overall goals.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other departments
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics
- Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
- Excellent communication in both English & Arabic. Arabic speakers preferred.
