KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing the marketing and communications strategy for the hotel.
- Manage all brand advertising, marketing, creative, and media buying activities according to the direction of the DOM&C.
- Develop and oversee the hotel's CSR initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with third-party agencies in line with hotel requirements.
- Execute an effective social media marketing and communication strategy to support business goals.
- Identify sponsorship and promotional opportunities, and manage strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Collaborate with operational departments on F&B, Rooms, and Spa packages and promotions.
- Support the DOM&C in daily operations.
- Assist with key exhibitions and conferences involving stakeholders and owners.
- Coordinate photography for advertising, collateral, and PR between the hotel, agencies, and suppliers.
- Monitor industry trends and inform senior management of brand perception and potential issues.
- Meet regularly with Department Heads to ensure marketing requirements are met.

- Work with the DOM&C to maximize exposure for hotel activities, functions, and promotions.
- Manage professional photoshoots and coordinate with departments.
ADMINISTRATION
- Maintain branded operational materials in line with brand standards.
- Provide monthly reports on online and print media campaigns.
- Manage the resort's image library.
- Ensure proper processing of orders and invoices.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual reports for ownership and head office.
UNDERSTANDING THE BUSINESS
- Demonstrate interest and understanding of industry issues and business requirements.
- Identify competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
- Establish and interpret KPIs to manage business performance, considering financial implications.
- Understand the operational aspects of the business to ensure success and profitability.
PROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKING
- Diagnose problems and analyze information thoroughly to guide decisions.
- Make logical, well-informed decisions based on critical information.
GENERAL
- Maintain departmental workflow.
- Participate in hotel activities as required.
- Understand and support Anantara’s marketing and communication programs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in Marketing, PR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of three years experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong interest in current marketing concepts, tactics, and techniques.
- Hotel experience is preferred.
