- Prior experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager in a 5-star hotel, preferably within the UAE - Deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging content across various platforms tailored to diverse audiences - Strong media relations skills with an existing network of PR agencies, media outlets, and influencers in the UAE to drive brand awareness and engagement - Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems - Experience in managing brand identity, content calendars, and marketing budgets effectively - Creative and strategic mindset with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize strategies accordingly - Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, with excellent project management and communication skills
