Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive growth by shaping strategy and enabling sustainable revenue generation.

You will lead the marketing function, develop strategic plans, manage budgets, position the unit as a leading healthcare brand, and build durable relationships with stakeholders in the UAE market.

Qualifications

• Essential: 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced environment
• Sound track record in a senior marketing role
• Desired: Experience in the healthcare sector in UAE
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing required
• Relevant Degree in Marketing preferred

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Lead and manage the marketing function as a strategic enabler to support sustainable business growth and revenue generation

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment

Sound track record in a senior marketing role

Desired: Experience in the healthcare sector in UAE

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing (experience is seen as more valuable than a formal qualification)

Desired: Relevant Degree in Marketing

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrate a good understanding and application of all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and policies
• Demonstrate an ability to manage financial resources in a manner that will support the achievement of marketing objectives set out for the business unit or cluster
• Demonstrate knowledge, insight and experience in the UAE healthcare market
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of branding and brand management
• Digital marketing principles and best practice
• Marketing principles and best practice
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage)
• Networking and influencing skills
