Job description

Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. • Conduct market research to identify target industries, analyse market trends, and understand customer needs. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies. Digital Marketing: • Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. • Optimize website and landing pages to improve user experience and drive conversions. • Manage and analyse digital marketing campaigns to measure ROI and optimize performance. Content Marketing: • Develop high-quality content, such as blog posts, articles, and case studies, to educate and engage the target audience. • Create compelling video content showcasing the benefits of Road safety training. Event Marketing: • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to generate leads and build brand awareness. • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor selection, and attendee management. Public Relations: • Develop and implement a PR strategy to increase media coverage and build positive brand reputation. • Manage media relations and crisis communications.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 years plus experience in marketing, preferably in the technology or education industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing 1 channels and tools. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to measure marketing ROI. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
