We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a high-growth, regulated financial services business. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up, working closely with leadership, sales, compliance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies targeting institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, content strategies, and event activations.
  • Drive account-based marketing to support relationship-led sales.
  • Collaborate with compliance to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
  • Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in marketing, ideally in financial services, fintech, or B2B technology.
