This confidential opportunity offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team driving impactful marketing strategies at a group level.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution across digital, content, and campaign marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to refine approach.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and manage brand guidelines and assets.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee web, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Analyze performance metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Content & Campaigns: Lead the creation of engaging content and multi-channel campaigns. Manage content calendars and ensure timely execution.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify customer needs and market opportunities. Leverage insights to inform strategies.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team. Coordinate with external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Performance Reporting: Define KPIs, track marketing ROI, and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 - 7 years in marketing roles with proven success in managing campaigns and teams.
  • Background: Experience working with large Groups of Companies, Conglomerates & Investment Holding Groups is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, proficient in digital tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics), and skilled in project management.
  • Attributes: Creative, analytical, adaptable, and a confident leader who thrives under pressure.
  • Language Skills: Written and spoken English and Arabic is essential. Knowledge of any other language will be an added advantage.

Salary & Compensation

  • Circa AED 25 – 30,000 per month
