Job Purpose:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Reporting to the Associate Director Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for brand strategy, planning, execution & monitoring while ensuring adherence to the brand guidelines through all forms of brand deployment both internally & externally.
Roles, Responsibilities, Duties:
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing brand strategies in alignment with corporate strategy
- Promote internal brand engagement & brand guidelines' implementation, & conduct regular brand audits to ensure adherence, consistency & alignment
- Unify brand's language & tone throughout all communications (management of multiply brands)
- Ensure adherence to advertising & brand guidelines for each asset across all communication platforms & media material
- Support in strategic execution of marketing budgets.
Advertising
- Develop & manage external & internal marketing campaigns' planning, execution & monitoring (ATL, BTL, Online)
- Manage, measure, monitor & re-evaluate lead generation campaigns & conversion rates
- Oversee monitoring & reporting of effectiveness of marketing initiatives, activities, & communications
- Manage post campaign / activity research to derive recommendations from results & key learnings
- Development of relevant & consistent marketing collateral
- Responsible for accurate, timely updates of all customer-facing advertising pieces & collaterals
- Ensure the consistent application of asset & corporate branding in all published documents & other media.
Marketing Management
- Client relationship & management across multiple departments
- Marketing team relationship & management across projects, including design, media, PR & comms, & digital, as well as wider service providers across the business (digital, IT, sustainability, customer experience, finance, HR)
- Responsible for producing strategic & creative materials in line with a variety of audience & business needs
- Assist with all design adaptations such as branding, digital & social media
- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature from the tenants & other stakeholders in Abu Dhabi such as DCT
- Develop presentations & reports by assembling videos, slideshows & creative content
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate & oversee production & delivery of all marketing materials
- Assist with sourcing & managing suppliers for the preparation &/or production of marketing materials
- Management of social media & digital agencies
- Analyze channels to ensure maximum qualified reach, GRP, CPM, CTR & other key KPIs are delivered
- Assist in evaluating the ROI of marketing programs
- Assist in the wider marketing function with any related activities including processes (external & internal).
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication or business administration.
Experience and Skills:
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
5 - 10 years’ marketing experience
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
- Advertising, Marketing, Retail / Real Estate sector
TECHNICAL & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Bi-lingual (Arabic / English) preferrable but not essential
