Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing the Marketing, social media, PR, Events, and Communication strategies for Finance House Group. This role ensures the brand's visibility, engagement, and strategic alignment with the company's objectives, driving growth and market positioning.

Major Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that covers all media and communications channels.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives by identifying and tracking relevant performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee consistency across all channels, including print, digital, and experiential marketing.
  • Coordinate Finance House Group’s print and electronic materials, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging across brochures, websites, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate audience/consumer research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to identify market opportunities.
  • Track the performance of marketing strategies and adjust initiatives to meet objectives effectively.
  • Monitor the performance of each marketing campaign and report outcomes with actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the CMO in driving marketing objectives on various projects.

Social Media Management:

  • Handle Finance House Group’s social media presence, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring engagement.
  • Build and nurture an online community, driving audience growth and engagement.
  • Develop a content strategy to guide content writers and designers in creating engaging social media posts.
  • Implement influencer marketing initiatives, identifying and collaborating with key influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Events & Campaigns:

  • Plan and oversee the execution of internal and external events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective execution of pre-event, event, and post-event activities to maximize impact.
  • Spearhead marketing events and campaigns to strengthen public relations and enhance Finance House Group’s presence.

Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Work closely with the product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies for existing and new products.
  • Collaborate with the business team to ensure smooth communication both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and marketing professionals to ensure an integrated marketing approach.

Budgeting & Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop and manage short- and long-term marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track, measure, and analyse marketing performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.
  • Ensure regular market research is conducted to inform decision-making and keep up with industry trends.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to effectively partner with the CMO to drive marketing and business objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills coupled with the composure required to thrive under pressure.
  • Always willing to learn and grow as a leader and professional.
  • Familiarity with essential Social Media Marketing and other relevant marketing tools and technologies.
