Our client is a leading digital entertainment and gaming payment platform, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead for the MENA Region, with deep expertise in the UAE and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gaming, an in‑depth understanding of game monetization, and the ability to drive impactful strategies that strengthen UniPin’s presence in the region. This role requires strong local market knowledge, agency management, and the ability to collaborate with creators, communities, and brand partners to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the Company business and product launch objectives in MENA region (UAE & KSA).
  • Work on multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, and offline activations) tailored to the UAE and KSA markets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Growth, Brand, Content, Product) to ensure integrated launch campaigns.
  • Collaborate with publishers and developers for co‑branded campaigns to drive user acquisition and monetization.
  • Position the Company as a trusted platform for gamers, publishers, and partners.
  • Measure, track, and report agency performance, highlighting actionable insights for improvement.
  • Build a strong network & collaborate with brands across the region to drive impactful partnerships for the Company.
  • Work closely with gaming creators / influencers in the MENA (UAE & KSA) to build & strengthen the community engagement.
  • Act as a social media and community “champion,” ensuring the Company stays ahead in digital conversations.
  • Ensure alignment with internal teams by sharing progress, results, and actionable strategies.
  • Monitor regional gaming trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to refine strategies for MENA region.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Min 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or branding in the MENA region.
  3. Demonstrated success in launching new products through digital go‑to‑market campaigns.
  4. Proven expertise in the UAE & KSA gaming ecosystem and strong knowledge of game monetization.
  5. Hands‑on experience managing local marketing agencies & tracking campaign performance.
  6. Strong community‑building skills; experience working with creators, influencers, and esports communities in UAE & KSA.
  7. Highly internet‑savvy with deep understanding of digital trends and social media culture.
  8. Fluency in English is required; Arabic (local UAE & KSA dialects such as Khaleeji) is critical.
  9. Prior experience in gaming, esports, or digital entertainment companies is a strong plus.
  10. Creative, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented approach to campaign management.
  11. Based in UAE or KSA.
