Web3 Marketing & Engagement Lead

Location : Dubai preferred (Remote considered for exceptional candidates)

Salary : $150-200k + Token allocation + Performance-based bonus

This isn’t community fluff or a branding sideline.

This is a critical, hands-on role for someone ready to take charge of go-to-market, brand presence, and campaign delivery for one of the most ambitious and credible Web3 infrastructure projects in the space.

Our client is building a regulatory-first Layer 1 blockchain that merges DeFi, AI, and compliance automation to reshape global B2B payments. Backed by senior leaders from Visa, JPMorgan, and McKinsey, and with $24B in committed volume already secured, the product is now moving into its public engagement phase — and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for an experienced, Web3-native Marketing & Engagement Lead to drive strategy and execution from day one. If you’ve helped launch early-stage crypto projects, know how to speak to both institutional and retail audiences, and enjoy owning every part of the marketing stack, this one’s for you.

More about the client and the role

• Our client is building a compliance-first Layer 1 blockchain for institutional-grade finance
• Targeting a $1 trillion+ opportunity in B2B payments and regulatory automation
• The role will cover :
• Website and landing page design and messaging
• Full campaign strategy for SocialFi and gamification
• Creation of public-facing materials for both retail and institutional users
• Development of all digital assets, content flows, and user journeys
• Working closely with tokenomics, product, and BD to align GTM approach
• You’ll be the first senior marketing hire and report directly into the core founding team

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years in a Web3, DeFi, or blockchain project, including leadership in a marketing or growth role
• Proven experience owning marketing across product launches, token sales, and user activation
• Comfortable getting hands-on with website builds, content creation, and campaign rollouts
• Strong understanding of how to communicate with both retail Web3 users and institutional stakeholders
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Background in financial services or regulated tech is a plus but not essential
