We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can confidently straddle both B2B and B2C marketing worlds; someone who understands what moves businesses, and what excites consumers. You'll be responsible for shaping the brand, driving growth, and creating meaningful connections across all touchpoints. You should be fluent in modern marketing, from strategy to execution, and comfortable using AI and CRM tools to streamline campaigns, automate engagement, and scale outcomes.

What You will Do :

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
  • Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Oversee and optimize CRM journeys, ensuring seamless automation, retention, and reactivation flows
  • Use AI-powered tools to boost campaign efficiency and content production
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and tech teams to align messaging and growth efforts
  • Manage internal resources and external partners to deliver marketing assets and campaigns
