Job Description
Independently issuing daily content across all platforms, including 1 2 Instagram posts, engaging daily stories, creative reels, and trending TikToks. This will be consistent across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to maintain a strong presence and brand engagement.
Actively photographing and capturing high-quality images of dogs and cats within our community, ensuring a steady stream of authentic and lovable content that resonates with our pet-loving audience.
Filming and editing compelling video content for a variety of purposes including social media reels, ad campaigns, tutorials, sitter spotlights, and behind-the-scenes features to increase engagement and educate users.
Graphic design responsibilities include designing marketing materials, branded content, campaign artwork, and promotional graphics to support our weekly ad initiatives.
Developing weekly content for paid Instagram and Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring that each piece aligns with our evolving marketing goals and reflects PetBae s voice and style.
Submitting a weekly website testing report, identifying bugs, and providing UI/UX recommendations to enhance user satisfaction and streamline the user journey.
Launching, managing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to boost awareness, conversions, and customer acquisition.

Must have a valid driving license and access to a car. You should be ready to assist with emergency pet bookings when needed this can serve as an additional income opportunity. In certain situations, you may be required to travel to a client s home for pet sitting or to board pets (dogs/cats) in your own home. These instances will be discussed in detail during the interview process on a case-by-case basis.
Strong online engagement skills with the ability to interact consistently with PetBae s community across all digital platforms, responding promptly and professionally.
Excellent verbal communication, especially when handling customer support, partnership outreach, or sitter onboarding calls.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling services or converting leads into bookings.
