Nestlé MENA is looking for a Brand Intern to join the NESCAFÉ team, supporting the Out-of-Home channel across the MENA region. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience with one of the world's most iconic brands.

Duration: 6-month Internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor project timelines using Gantt charts and ensure timely execution
2. Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of product labels
3. Manage the rollout of product codes across different MENA markets
4. Assist in briefing creative and media agencies on communication plans
5. Contribute to basic financial analysis, including P&L reviews

Managing Marketing Toolkits & Playbooks:

1. Maintain and update key marketing playbooks such as the NESCAFÉ Guidebook, Ecommerce toolkit, Hot Over Ice toolkit, and Sales brochures
2. Ensure toolkits are consistently aligned across channels and markets

Developing Consumer Activations:

1. Work closely with agencies to develop impactful consumer activations tailored to CVS and Education channels
2. Ensure activations align with brand strategy and resonate with local consumers

Assisting with Digital Marketing:

1. Update and manage NESCAFÉ website content in collaboration with digital teams
2. Support monthly newsletters by coordinating with agency partners

Facilitating Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Assist in aligning efforts across internal teams and markets to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives

1. Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
2. Strong communication and analytical skills
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI
5. A collaborative team player with a proactive and resourceful mindset
