Job summary

Accor is seeking a Marketing Content intern in Abu Dhabi to assist on content strategy, social media management, and creative creation across campaigns and channels. You will translate objectives into engaging captions, short-form stories, and website copy while upholding luxury hospitality standards.

You will work closely with brand teams, craft compelling copy, and gain exposure to SEO practices, content planning, and creator collaborations within a global hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist on building content plans aligned with the annual marketing calendar.
• Translate campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM content angles.
• Assist on managingcontent planning, publishing, captions, community management and performance tracking.
• Assist on ensuringcontent reflects brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, guest permissions, and platform guidelines.
• Assist on monitoringplatform trends, benchmark competitors, and flag content formats.
• Assist on writingcaptions, campaign copy, website copy, EDM content, and short-form storytelling, ensuring all copy is accurate, polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative.
• Assist on managing creator collaborations from brand-fit screening, briefing and itinerary planning to deliverable tracking, usage rights, posting timelines, and performance analysis.
• Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and campaign learnings.
• Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
