Your Role: As a Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in coordinating, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, banners, digital platforms, and app push notifications. You will also liaise with clients to maximize event visibility and sales performance while ensuring that all campaigns are scheduled on time and are aligned with our promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Support the team in managing tasks and deadlines, making sure campaigns are on track and running smoothly
Client Communication: Advise clients on marketing opportunities, maintain detailed campaign reports, and provide insights to management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue) to optimize marketing effectiveness
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with the team in tracking and achieving internal goals and KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Proven track record in marketing roles with agency or digital marketing experience
Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks, ensuring that everything is completed on time
Ability to work well within a team
Clear and concise communication both in verbal and written (Arabic is a plus)
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively support in communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and managing expectations
Understanding of how digital campaigns work, including social media platforms and CRM marketing and how to analyze performance data
Ability to assist in brainstorming creative ideas for campaigns that will engage the target audience
Ability to create engaging content, including short-form videos, graphics, and captions
