A leading food and beverage company is seeking a Brand Intern to join their NESCAFÉ team in Dubai. This 6-month internship offers an opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience, supporting the Out-of-Home channel across the MENA region. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, developing marketing toolkits, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor project timelines using Gantt charts and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of product labels.
  • Manage the rollout of product codes across different MENA markets.
  • Assist in briefing creative and media agencies on communication plans.
  • Contribute to basic financial analysis, including P&L reviews.

Duration: 6-month Internship

A DAY IN THE LIFE …1. Supporting Innovation & Renovation (I&R) Launches:Monitor project timelines using Gantt charts and ensure timely execution

Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of product labels

Manage the rollout of product codes across different MENA markets

Assist in briefing creative and media agencies on communication plans

Contribute to basic financial analysis, including P&L reviews

2. Managing Marketing Toolkits & Playbooks:Maintain and update key marketing playbooks such as the NESCAFÉ Guidebook, Ecommerce toolkit, Hot Over Ice toolkit, and Sales brochures

Ensure toolkits are consistently aligned across channels and markets

3. Developing Consumer Activations:Work closely with agencies to develop impactful consumer activations tailored to CVS and Education channels

Ensure activations align with brand strategy and resonate with local consumers

4. Assisting with Digital Marketing:Update and manage NESCAFÉ website content in collaboration with digital teams

Support monthly newsletters by coordinating with agency partners

5. Facilitating Cross-Functional Collaboration:Assist in aligning efforts across internal teams and markets to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
