Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Keeta's marketing and brand communication in the new countries. Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share growth.
- Manage and guide team members to complete marketing campaigns and brand promotion initiatives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective implementation of activities and cost control.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting marketing strategies promptly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop joint marketing plans and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing or brand management; team management experience is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Middle East markets, including local consumer needs and behaviors.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead teams toward shared goals.
- Strong data analysis and decision-making skills, capable of formulating effective marketing strategies based on data insights.
