Beverly Hills Polo Club (Fragrances) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Marketing Head – Fragrance Category to drive the brand’s marketing roadmap, accelerate market share, and shape a compelling narrative that resonates globally.

This is a high-impact, senior leadership role designed to elevate the brand, influence consumer perception, and position the fragrance portfolio as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Brand Leadership :

Define and implement a forward-thinking marketing strategy that amplifies brand equity, drives consumer engagement, and positions the fragrance category as a leader in the global market.

2. Brand Transformation & Market Expansion :

Develop and execute transformative marketing campaigns that elevate the brand across global markets, targeting both established and emerging segments.

3. Product Innovation & Lifecycle Management :

Lead end-to-end product strategy – from concept ideation to go-to-market execution – ensuring each launch reinforces brand positioning and drives commercial success.

4. Consumer-Centric Marketing :

Leverage consumer insights, market data, and emerging trends to craft compelling brand stories, impactful product narratives, and engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Strategize and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, retail, and experiential marketing to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Drive market expansion strategies, including targeted regional marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams.

7. Data-Driven Decision Making :

Utilize analytics and market intelligence to refine marketing strategies, optimize ROI, and steer data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Over 15 years of senior-level marketing experience within the fragrance, luxury, and lifestyle sectors, with a proven track record of driving successful brand transformations across at least two continents.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-cultural teams, develop globally resonant brand strategies, and execute high-impact campaigns that elevate market position and customer engagement
  • Proven expertise in strategic marketing, product lifecycle management, and multi-channel campaigns across global markets.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in managing substantial marketing budgets, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
  • A visionary thinker with a flair for storytelling, brand building, and consumer engagement.
