The candidate selected for this project will be embedded within our client’s internal team, and serve as an independent contributor in a contractor capacity, supporting the Google Consumer Product Marketing team in ensuring high-quality launches for Arabic AI product features, directly impacting user experiences and Go-to-Market (GTM) success across MENA.

Role level : Specialist / Associate (Above 3 years of experience)

Position title : Marketing Go To Market Associate

Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance for the Arabic user experience of the Gemini mobile app and website, ensuring features perform as intended.
  • Identify and meticulously document bugs in product performance using internal Google tools, clearly explaining current vs. expected behavior with supporting screenshots.
  • Collaborate on Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives , reviewing and aligning on visual assets for social media, blog posts, and owned Google channels, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance for Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Review and suggest Arabic copy for marketing assets, working closely with our localization team to ensure accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and creative impact.
  • Provide direct and actionable feedback to the product team, representing the Arabic user perspective on product quality and experience.
  • Partner effectively with central teams for asset coordination and with local PR teams to ensure successful GTM execution.

Minimum Qualifications (MQs)

  • Native level speaker in written and spoken Modern Standard Arabic , with a strong understanding of Saudi and Egyptian dialects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail for identifying nuances in product quality, linguistic accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to articulate findings and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new internal tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess product performance, diagnose issues, and provide clear, actionable feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Good creative judgment for evaluating existing Arabic copy and assets, as well as suggesting compelling alternatives.
  • Understanding of social media platforms for GTM planning and tracking success through social listening

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management or marketing or strategy consulting roles, ideally within the tech or consumer products industry.
  • Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies and execution.
  • Aptitude for project management.
