Job Summary:

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to join CFTE's Abu Dhabi office. This is a hands-on role where you'll support and lead high-impact marketing, content, and communication projects across the Middle East and beyond.

You'll play a key role in building CFTE's digital presence, supporting AI-focused events, and driving strategic initiatives that connect with governments, organisations, and innovation ecosystems. From designing landing pages and running social campaigns to managing events and engaging online communities.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, ambitious, digitally fluent, and looking to grow fast in a mission-driven environment shaping the future of work.

What you'll do:

• Manage CFTE's social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) and grow audience engagement
• Build and execute multi-platform content strategies, including posts, carousels, visuals, blogs, newsletters, and videos
• Plan, promote, and support events, including roundtables, conferences, and AI-focused workshops
• Support end-to-end growth campaigns from concept to execution
• Create and update landing pages for programmes, events, and partnerships using WordPress or similar tools
• Design event pages, registration flows, and marketing assets that align with CFTE's brand and message
• Help track performance using data and analytics to optimise campaigns
• Support government and institutional outreach with impactful materials (brochures, decks, proposals)

What Makes You a Fit

• A passion for innovation, education, and digital transformation
• Strong writing and communication skills with a clear storytelling instinct
• Experience with social media platforms
• Confidence using Canva for design and WordPress for landing pages
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Interest in event planning and digital community building
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
• A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
• Bonus: interest in AI, and future of work
