  3. Social Media & Digital Marketing – Ability to design engaging social media content, online ads, and digital marketing materials.
  4. Branding & Content Creation – Strong understanding of brand identity, storytelling, and visual communication.
  5. Attention to Detail – Ensuring high-quality designs that align with company branding and marketing objectives.
  6. Adaptability & Multicultural Awareness – Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate in a diverse work environment.
  7. Project Management – Ability to handle multiple design projects on time and within budget.
  8. Collaboration & Communication – Work effectively with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with campaign objectives.
