Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive for the Waterpark, to support the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for the upcoming Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark. You will contribute to the overall strategy from pre-launch to post-launch, developing strategic activations aligned with business needs. Your role will involve driving brand visibility and awareness in local and international markets, ensuring consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence across all channels. You will develop a marketing calendar aligned with business objectives and execute continuous campaigns throughout the year. Collaboration with departments such as waterpark operations, sales, revenue, F&B, and digital marketing will be essential to support business requirements and enhance guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Creation and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels to promote the Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content and collateral.
  3. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
  4. Support planning and execution of special events, including influencer collaborations and media activations.
  5. Track and report marketing performance using relevant KPIs, and recommend improvements for campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the attractions/entertainment industry, either at an agency or in-house.
  3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, PR, content creation, advertising, and brand positioning.
  4. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
