We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with strong graphic design skills to lead our brand-building efforts across social platforms, create impactful designs, and support public relations activities for a business consulting company in Dubai and its founding members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create compelling graphics, presentations, brochures, and branded content for digital campaigns.
• Manage TFZ’s online presence, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to followers.
• Coordinate PR initiatives for the founders, including personal branding, media coverage, and networking events.
• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation funnels.
• Analyze and report campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with management on internal and external branding initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and social media management (2+ years preferred).
• Strong graphic design skills (Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership in growing a brand.
• Experience in PR or founder/personal branding is a plus.
