Job Purpose

To assist the Marketing Directors and Managers in implementing the marketing and sales strategy to maximize revenue and exhibition success. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication and writing skills, and demonstrate a strong interest in digital and social media marketing.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy across exhibitor, visitor & conference campaigns
• Proactively manage exhibition databases, nurture leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Create compelling content including EDMs, newsletters, and social media posts
• Utilize the full marketing mix to promote exhibitions and conferences across digital and offline channels
• Oversee project management of each event ensuring smooth planning and execution
• Keep show websites updated; manage suppliers, monitor budgets and media plans
• Secure media partnerships, manage social media platforms, monitor engagement and conversion
• Drive database growth, coordinate marketing collateral design and production, analyze campaign trends
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Marketing Manager; follow all internal policies and processes

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in exhibitions or events
• UAE / GCC experience preferred

• Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
• Strong content writing, design sense, and storytelling capabilities
• Experience in CRM and database management
• Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written
