Job Description

The Role

Under the supervision of the Cluster Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer undertakes responsibilities to increase the equity of the Hotel and brand through all communications, products and partnerships, and using Accor and Brand platforms and tools to drive revenue for rooms and all hotel outlets and services. The Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer designs and executes the artwork of all hotel publications and promotional materials, both local and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
  • Designs and executes both online and offline marketing strategies to increase visibility, brand reach and achieve objectives and KPIs set at the business level.
  • Assists in the management of external agencies and vendors for digital marketing, PR, and creative projects.
  • Monitors marketing performance metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and ROI tracking for paid campaigns.
  • Supports the development of marketing presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintains relationships with local media outlets, influencers, and partners to generate publicity and brand exposure.
  • Oversees paid media campaigns and paid social media to drive traffic, awareness and bookings.
  • Coordinates and reviews the digital marketing strategy as well as the management of content in social media for the assigned hotel following the brand standards and the annual social media plan.
  • Coordinates and manages relationships with agencies and third parties to ensure correct implementation of the marketing strategy and plans.
  • Ensures that the creation and design of all media and branding materials, both printed and digital, follow the brand standards.
  • Manages databases and the launch of newsletters and promotional and brand communication actions.
  • Implements branding and performance campaigns and activates inbound and outbound marketing actions.
  • Coordinates the creation and design of social media content in various formats and supports.
  • Supervises the corporate image policy and brand standards across all content and media, while coordinating the production of photographic and video reports following brand standards.
  • Fosters a culture of creativity and innovation within the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Liaises with the Meetings and Events team with proposals, social guidance and content that elevate our offering.
  • Stays updated on industry trends, design tools, and content strategies to ensure cutting-edge content creation.
Safety, Environment and Confidentiality
  • Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for Heartists use.
  • Be familiar with the hotel's policies and procedures, the physical layout, and emergency procedures (fire, medical, bomb threat, blackout, evacuation).
  • Know safety regulations and ensure their application to safeguard people and property.
  • Respect the hotel’s commitments to the Environment Charter (energy saving, recycling, waste sorting, etc.).
  • Adhere to the Heartists Handbook rules and the hotel’s Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety policies.
  • Ensure confidential records and information are safeguarded and not removed from the office.
  • Do not disclose financial or other sensitive information of Accor Hotels.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in Marketing, Communications and Graphic Design, preferably in the hotel industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles related to social media, brand and campaign promotion and design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Word, Canva, Excel and related programs.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage varied tasks and projects simultaneously.
