Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the resort's brand identity and business objectives.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including imagery, video, and copy for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, offering actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Actively engage with online audiences by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a vibrant digital community.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote key resort events, offers, and services effectively.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Coordinate professional photo and video shoots with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring all content adheres to Anantara's brand standards.
- Support the creation of both digital and print marketing assets, including newsletters, flyers, promotional materials, and advertisements.
- Contribute to written communications such as blog posts, press releases, and guest messaging that highlight the resort's unique experiences and offerings.
Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and strategic partnerships.
- Support influencer marketing efforts, press visits, and brand collaborations aimed at boosting brand visibility and engagement.
- Ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms and promotional activities.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update the marketing content calendar, ensuring timely planning and rollout of all initiatives.
- Process purchase requests, track supplier invoices, and liaise with the Finance team to ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Organize internal and external marketing meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on key action items.
- Systematically manage and archive marketing assets and files for streamlined access and usage.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor digital analytics across the website, social platforms, and marketing campaigns to identify patterns and areas for growth.
- Compile and present detailed monthly performance reports outlining KPIs, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, SproutSocial).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media metrics, and reporting tools.
