Job description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Executive who will be responsible for web designing and assisting with off-page SEO activities. The role requires someone who can help build high-quality backlinks, improve the company’s online presence, and support the Marketing Manager in enhancing digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Maintenance

  • Be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing the company website to ensure it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Update website content and features regularly to meet business and marketing needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth website functionality.
  • Assist in backlink building and other off-page SEO efforts to improve website rankings.

Off Page SEO:

  • Assist in backlink-building strategies, including identifying high-authority websites, managing outreach for guest posting opportunities, and maintaining relationships with industry-relevant partners.
  • Research and execute submissions to online directories, forums, and business listings.
  • Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies and suggest improvements based on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Executive to develop content for link-building campaigns.
Marketing Support
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing campaigns and publishing content for social media platforms.
  • Help to develop marketing materials in collaboration with a graphic designer to support campaigns and events.
  • Contribute to tracking campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.
Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Web Design, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in web design and off-page SEO.
  • Proficiency in web design platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Webflow, with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Strong understanding of off-page SEO techniques, including backlink building, directory submissions, and guest posting.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Google Analytics.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Ability to conduct detailed competitor and backlink analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
