Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in drawing up marketing activities and organize promotional events to promote the hotel’s products, services, facilities, and promotions.
- Implement Dusit graphic standards in guest and sales collaterals, advertising, ensuring compliance with corporate standards validated by the Corporate Office.
- Support the sales department by developing sales tools such as presentation files, corporate gifts, multimedia tools, etc., to effectively communicate the hotel, its products, and brand.
- Develop and implement collateral and promotional materials for the hotel’s F&B outlets and actively promote these outlets in the market.
- Manage digital and print media including E-newsletters, posters, flyers, banners, and update TV screens in guest rooms and LCD screens in public areas.
- Manage and develop customer relationship programs, including the Dusit Gold program.
- Seek partnerships and joint promotions with credit card companies, magazines, airlines, websites, mobile networks, and business associations.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with business partners, sponsors, and guests.
- Represent the hotel at internal and external functions and events.
- Conduct marketing surveys for all F&B outlets throughout the year and compile reports with marketing suggestions.
- Analyze and evaluate promotion and advertising efforts and marketing performance.
- Manage the hotel’s database, including gathering new potential contacts, maintaining existing ones, and developing email marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the music selection in hotel public areas.
ADMINISTRATION:
- Develop and oversee the marketing plan, including promotion and website marketing, considering local requirements, market needs, competition, trends, costs, and hotel product availability.
- Conduct marketing analysis for hotel rooms, restaurants, and other hotel products.
TRAINING AND HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Establish and maintain the hotel’s image through marketing efforts.
- Support other departments with marketing information systems.
- Develop and conduct formal training sessions on marketing products for staff as needed.
- Ensure a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and victimization, and handle related complaints confidentially and promptly.
- Promote respect and sensitivity among colleagues and customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Identify and address issues that may cause cross-cultural conflicts or misunderstandings.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stay informed about current marketing trends and developments.
- Interpret, adapt, and apply marketing guidelines and procedures effectively.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Skills in marketing and sales analysis, policy formulation, and strategy development.
- Understand business practices and procedures.
COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to specific guest marketing needs as required.
- Interact with external parties such as clients, suppliers, competitors, and community members as directed by the Director of Marketing Communications.
OTHERS:
- Engage in continuous learning through personal development plans (IDP).
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong media and social connection-building skills.
- Positive attitude towards challenges and a drive to excel.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
