Our client, a well-known cultural and arts foundation in Abu Dhabi, is currently looking for a Marketing Executive or Specialist to join their team.
The Marketing Executive/Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing and communications efforts to promote a diverse range of music and arts programs and events to audiences in the UAE and beyond. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organizational skills and a passion for the arts.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote programs, events, and initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Support planning of events and activations, including artist performances, exhibitions, workshops, and conferences.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing reports to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including program managers, artists, and designers, for cohesive marketing communications.
- Maintain and update the website and online platforms with relevant content.
- Assist with media relations activities, including drafting press releases, media pitches, and responses.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, providing strategic recommendations.
- Provide administrative support, including managing budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing communications or arts administration, preferably in the cultural sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and innovative marketing approaches.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
