A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Enablement Specialist to bridge the gap between IT and marketing. This role involves implementing technology solutions to enhance marketing strategies, managing integrations, and ensuring data quality. Candidates should have a degree in relevant fields and at least 5 years of experience in digital environments, with strong project management skills and a focus on data-driven marketing.
The Marketing Enablement Specialist (Implementation) is responsible for creating and evolving the bridge between the IT world and the marketing world, as the rise of technology in marketing continues to grow, through reliance on data, automations, and integrations related to CCMB’s Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions. They will create a streamlined relationship and a planned improvement roadmap between IT and CCMB, ensuring that the marketing strategies of the CCM&B department are supported by the necessary technology to bring them to life.
Responsibilities include collaborating with CCM&B teams to identify technology requirements, liaising with IT and Procurement to select suitable solutions, assisting in creating digital strategies, and managing the implementation and adoption of Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions. The role involves working closely with IT to ensure correct setup, data flows, and integrations between CCMB’s solutions and other systems.
