Job description

The Marketing Enablement Specialist (Implementation) is responsible for creating and evolving the bridge between the IT world and the marketing world, as the rise of technology in marketing continues to grow, through reliance on data, automations, and integrations related to CCMB’s Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions. They will create a streamlined relationship and a planned improvement roadmap between IT and CCMB, ensuring that the marketing strategies of the CCM&B department are supported by the necessary technology to bring them to life.

Responsibilities include collaborating with CCM&B teams to identify technology requirements, liaising with IT and Procurement to select suitable solutions, assisting in creating digital strategies, and managing the implementation and adoption of Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions. The role involves working closely with IT to ensure correct setup, data flows, and integrations between CCMB’s solutions and other systems.

In this role you will:
  1. Implement personalization and A/B testing initiatives using CDP platforms such as Sitecore CDP across various channels, ensuring data integration and quality for effective marketing automation and personalization.
  2. Document marketing technology requirements, assess vendors, and support procurement processes to fulfill organizational goals.
  3. Design low-level technical implementation plans, brief IT on requirements, manage new technology integrations, and customize solutions as needed.
  4. Train and support CCM&B staff on Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions, staying updated on technology changes and updates.
  5. Manage and optimize CCMB’s Mar Tech / Ad Tech stack, consolidating similar solutions and ensuring optimal setup.
  6. Lead user acceptance testing and change management programs during new technology rollouts.
  7. Research and recommend new marketing technologies aligned with CCM&B strategies.
  8. Monitor data quality, performance, and SLAs of Mar Tech / Ad Tech solutions, addressing issues proactively.
  9. Ensure compliance with privacy principles and work with Data Privacy teams to safeguard personal data.
Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or Digital Communications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a digital environment, with proven success in delivering complex products, especially in:
  • Modern Web / App technologies.
  • Omni-channel personalization at scale.
  • MarTech / AdTech products & services.
  • Agile product delivery.
  • Analytics and optimization tools.
  • Web services, REST APIs, and integration experience.
  • Data-driven marketing and decision-making.
  • Marketing automation across various channels.
  • Experience with CDP, Personalization, and MMP solutions.
  • Knowledge of triggered email and push marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing segmentation, audience management, and consent management platforms (hands-on with OneTrust desirable).
  • Experience with cloud tools, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and software engineering best practices.
