BlockDelta is exclusively working with one of the most popular Digital Asset Exchanges regarding their upcoming expansion plans. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join their dynamic team and help build & nurture their communities, enhance brand awareness, and provide exceptional leadership to the existing team members.

About the Role:

As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Web3 marketing and brand programs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create, implement, and maintain effective strategies and execution plans to improve all areas of marketing, including brand awareness.
  2. Provide clear leadership to the existing marketing team and get involved in all marketing activities.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
  4. Oversee the creation and management of the brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  5. Lead the development of high-quality content that educates and engages the target audience, including blogs, case studies, and social media content.
  6. Nurture and expand the community around the exchange, engaging with users, developers, and stakeholders through various channels.
  7. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  8. Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the project's reach and impact.
  9. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:

Third-level education ideally in a marketing-focused area.

Must have experience working in a senior marketing capacity within a digital marketing exchange or similar environment.

Salary for this role will be industry-leading. Due to team location, the client prefers candidates who are located in the UAE.
