Marketing Director – Real Estate | Atara Development

Position Summary

The Marketing Director will spearhead Atara Development’s marketing vision and strategy, shaping how our brand resonates with audiences in the UAE and beyond. This senior leadership role requires deep knowledge of the UAE real estate market, a proven track record of driving sales through innovative campaigns, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.

You’ll craft and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that fuel project success, elevate our brand presence, and foster long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Branding

  • Define and execute holistic marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project milestones.
  • Lead corporate and project-level brand positioning across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance.
  • Collaborate closely with C-level and sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with revenue and growth targets.
  • Adapt global best practices to the unique dynamics of the UAE and GCC markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Project Launches & Campaign Management

  • Drive impactful project launches, from pre-launch buzz to sustained post-launch campaigns.
  • Lead integrated 360° campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, radio, events) to attract local and international investors.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, ROI, and budgets.

Team Leadership & Partnerships

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team with a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies, PR partners, digital vendors, and media outlets.
  • Set clear KPIs and reporting structures to measure and elevate team and campaign success.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own and enhance the company’s digital presence — website, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and CRM.
  • Design data-driven lead-generation funnels in partnership with sales to maximize conversions.
  • Leverage automation and analytics to deliver personalized, performance-driven outreach.

Market Insights & Events

  • Stay ahead of UAE real estate trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Lead memorable events including launches, exhibitions, broker engagements, and investor roadshows.
  • Foster strong relationships with brokers, agents, government entities, and media partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within UAE real estate.
  • Proven success launching and marketing residential and mixed use projects in Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah etc.
  • Deep understanding of UAE real estate regulations, market segmentation, and buyer behavior.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
