Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent MS Excel and MS Office Software knowledge to manage data for our website and Product Information Management (PIM) system. The position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large databases, and a focus on maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

• Maintain, update, and organize product information in PIM system and website databases
• Input and manage large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
• Regularly audit and clean up data to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Upload and update product details, descriptions, specifications, and images on the website and PIM system
• Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data across platforms
• Perform regular checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Ensure adherence to data standards and protocols for the organization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate implementation
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues
• Document data management processes and contribute to improving workflows for better efficiency
• Suggest and implement enhancements to optimize data handling and usage

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Office
• Min 2 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Result orientation
• Ability to work under pressure
