Noon Food is a restaurant-first platform integrated into the noon app, providing fair commissions, sustainable initiatives, and operational flexibility for the food and beverage industry across the Middle East. Our goal is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, empowering retailers with greater control and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the Growth manager to develop onsite & CRM strategies for Noon Food.
  • Align the onsite & CRM calendar with campaign schedules.
  • Assist in building, testing, and executing campaigns using the onsite & CRM tools, including data workflows and segmentation.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to design and execute communication strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and produce regular reports on impact and uplift.
  • Conduct quality checks on the application to ensure error-free platform performance.
  • Ensure a seamless customer journey through quality assurance.

What you’ll need:

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in business administration or a related field; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to generate ideas and independently solve problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven teamwork experience and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach.
