Job description

Provide organizational and administrative support to the team to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strong command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
  2. Must have marketing experience.
  3. Raise iProcs / LPOs; support budget management under close supervision.
  4. Liaise with agencies regarding invoicing and budgets.
  5. Assist with travel request forms for team trips and inward missions, ensuring all protocols are followed by the team and procurement.
  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely handling of direct agreements, contracts, and payments.
  7. Coordinate and follow up with procurement to arrange LPOs to suppliers.
  8. Coordinate internal staff trainings and compile required lists as per management directives.
  9. Facilitate and align reporting for DGRs when required.
  10. Manage the AVP calendar and assist with daily administrative operations.
  11. Maintain agency and stakeholder contact lists.
  12. Support planning and logistics for individuals and events.
  13. Monitor project management systems to ensure compliance with timelines.

Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in MS Office software.
