Job summary

Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk in Dubai is seeking a Content & Collateral Coordinator to support the marketing team by coordinating, collating, and managing content across in-house digital displays and online channels while ensuring brand standards.

You will assist with weekly marketing meetings, monthly reporting, and activations across departments, and collaborate with Creative & Digital agencies to drive awareness for hotel, restaurants, and Spa.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing content across digital displays and online channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage content creation across in-house digital displays and online channels.
• Assist with weekly marketing meeting presentation and monthly marketing reporting.
• Collaborate with Creative & Digital agencies on campaigns for hotel, restaurants, and Spa to drive awareness.
• Draft and manage regular newsletters, blog posts, and EDM campaigns as needed.
• Audit brand consistency across advertising, digital touchpoints, and e-commerce platforms.
