Job summary

Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk is seeking a Content & Collateral Coordinator to support the marketing team with content creation and display across in-house digital displays and online channels. You will assist in weekly marketing meetings, monthly reporting, and activations with Creative & Digital agencies.

Responsibilities include drafting newsletters, maintaining brand consistency across digital touchpoints, and monitoring social media channels to engage with audiences and inquiries.

Job Description

Content & Collateral Coordination:

Support the marketing team by coordinating, collating, and managing content creation & display across all in-house digital displays and online channels while ensuring full compliance with hotel and brand standards.

Planning & Administration:

Support with weekly marketing meeting presentation and monthly marketing reporting, alongside supporting with preparation of marketing and PR activations across relevant departments

Creative Storytelling:

Collaborate closely with appointed Creative & Digital agencies to support with creative projects and campaign requirements across hotel, restaurants, and Spa, driving awareness and aligning with core business goals

Communications & Newsletters:

Organize, draft, and manage regular online monthly newsletters, regular blog posts, and regular EDM campaigns as needed

Digital & E-Commerce:

Support with regular auditing to maintain brand consistency across advertising, digital touchpoints, and e-commerce platforms

Social Media Channel Support & Digital Audience Monitoring:

Monitor all hotel and restaurant social media channels, maintaining & following the content posting schedule and monitoring channels for engagement and responses to DMs and inquiries
