Job Title: Regional Marketing Support Specialist

To actively support the Regional Marketing strategy by assisting the Executives and team with administrative tasks and tactical implementation across all defined areas.

Description
  1. Administrative Support: Support the Regional Marketing Leader and team with all allocated administrative duties.
  2. Product Portfolio Management: Manage updates/removals of the product portfolio and MEA price list.
  3. Pricing and Approvals: Handle price request forms, obtain regulatory approval, upload prices into AX (Atlas sales journal), and secure financial sign-off.
  4. Trade Agreements and Price Lists: Close trade agreements and download price lists.
  5. Log Management: Maintain change logs and generate price log reports.
  6. Dealer & Public Information: Cleanse dealer contact information, ensure product portfolio accuracy, and update price lists.
  7. Website Administration: Support website data updates including dealer info, sales team details, and product availability.
  8. Sales & Marketing Support: Coordinate promotional demo items, assist with invoicing, maintain inventory, and support market research activities.
  9. Event Management: Collate participant data for Congress and Events into Salesforce and maintain registration records.

Minimum Requirements
  • Previous marketing experience with a successful record in administration.
