Role Snapshot
Run the day-to-day of sponsorships and partnerships while driving the group’s online and on-ground presence—sorting proposals, managing rights and deadlines, coordinating activations with the creative/digital team, and ensuring Al Marwan Group is consistently visible across events, media outlets, and digital platforms, with results and budgets closely tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the inbox/pipeline of sponsorship requests; shortlist against goals, audience, and budget.
- Stay up to date with Sharjah’s local events and occasions, aligning the group presence and campaigns to ensure timely, relevant brand visibility.
- Compare options side-by-side (cost, reach, audience, assets/rights, KPIs).
- Work with Legal/Finance on contracts, payments, and compliance; keep a clear rights/benefits tracker.
- Turn approved deals into simple activation plans, creative assets, on-site branding, outdoor/digital screens, social posts, influencers, hospitality lists.
- Oversee and maintain the Group online presence across third-party platforms (directories, partner sites, event listings), ensuring all content, visuals, and brand information are accurate and up to date.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the group and the marketing team, aligning requirements, logistics, and deliverables for seamless execution.
- Brief and follow up with creative & digital teams so timelines and approvals are met.
- Oversee logos, copy, and guidelines; check quality and brand fit before anything goes live.
- Help run events/activations (permits, vendors, run-of-show, banners, rollup and booth) and do on-ground checks.
- Build post-activation reports (reach, engagement, traffic/leads, media value) with clear next steps.
- Keep budget trackers, POs, invoices, and reconciliations up to date.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in sponsorships/partnerships/events (corporate or agency); experience with rights/activation.
- Bilingual, English & Arabic is a must.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management; strong presentation/writing skills.
- Numerate and organized—able to manage calendars, budgets, and deliverable deadlines for multiple sponsorships/activations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with basic marketing analytics (reach/engagement, UTMs, GA4 traffic snapshots).
- Proactive and resourceful, able to spot visibility opportunities in media, events, or partnerships.
- Familiarity with UAE event/activation norms and permits is a plus.
- Proficiency with project/task tracking tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Strong experience using Google Workspace for shared drives, file organization, reporting and team collaboration.
