Job description

Alokozay Group of Companies is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing strategies and initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the overall marketing department. This role will organize and coordinate marketing campaigns, manage digital content and collaborate with other teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, print, events, etc.).
  2. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
  4. Manage social media accounts and engage with followers on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  5. Assist with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and track campaign performance.
  6. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
  7. Coordinate event logistics, including registration, communication, and follow-up.
  8. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  9. Monitor and report on the success of email marketing campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
  10. Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with current marketing initiatives.
  11. Work closely with other teams (sales, product, design) to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
  12. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing or coordinator role, preferably in UAE and FMCG experience also preferred.
  3. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, etc).
  4. Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
  5. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  8. Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  9. Valid UAE Driving license is mandatory.
