OnTime Group is currently seeking a talented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and coordinate various marketing activities to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Create and manage engaging content for our website blog and social media platforms
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures flyers and promotional items
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities
  • Assist in planning and organizing events including trade shows conferences and webinars
  • Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign success

Requirements
  • Prior experience in marketing preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and marketing software/tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detailoriented and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus
