Job description

Job Title: Administrative Support Role

Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration (Management), minimum 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SAP, KISSFLOW, EPROC, and understanding of GST/VAT.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Raise PRs and MIGOs for marketing and sales support activities.
  2. Follow up with suppliers regarding invoices.
  3. Ensure timely submission of invoices for VAT processing.
  4. Manage credit/debit notes related to sales support.
  5. Assist in vendor code creation and manage inventory of marketing materials.
  6. Extract and analyze reports related to marketing KPIs and budgets.
  7. Coordinate shipment of marketing items and organize events.
  8. Raise PRs for customer service.
  9. Maintain documentation and housekeeping of marketing stores and warehouses.
  10. Ensure compliance with HSSEQ and company policies, participate in incident reporting and investigations.
  11. Adhere to compliance programs, including export controls and sanctions.

Skills: Organized, results-driven, excellent communication, data accuracy, proficiency in MS Office, fluent in English.
