Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, coordinating events, and managing daily marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event coordination, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to travel locally using their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for corporate and public events, exhibitions, activations, and property showings.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of all marketing materials and event needs.
  • Maintain and update marketing content across social media platforms, websites, and brochures.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
  • Support the creation of visual and written content in collaboration with the design team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and events.
  • Drive to events and external meetings as needed using personal car.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, especially with events or exhibitions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own car (required).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings for events.
