OnTime Group is currently seeking a talented and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and coordinate various marketing activities to promote our brand and services.
Responsibilities :
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies
Create and manage engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms
Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify marketing opportunities
Assist in planning and organizing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars
Support the marketing team in preparing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
Track and report on key marketing metrics to measure campaign success
Requirements
Prior experience in marketing, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using MS Office and marketing software / tools
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software is a plus
